It has been said that Laughter is the best medicine, here are some of the benefits:

     Lowers blood pressure

     Lowers Stress

     Increases memory and learning

     Improves creativity

     Stimulates heart, lungs and muscles

     Improves immune system

     Improves mood

It has also been said that laughter works quickly, less than a half-second after exposure to something funny.  That is faster than any med I have taken.  You can learn to laugh.  Even if the laughter is fake the body doesn’t know the difference.  Fake laughter often leads to real laughter.  So let’s get laughing.

I heard a joke on laughter that made me laugh:  If you don’t have health care, you better have a really funny friend!
